zzztop
I hope this is true. I won't believe any Iraqi media regarding Iraqi elections for at least another few weeks. Lotsa propaganda out there. Thanks for the post.

pbtr
Interesting article, thanks TBomb... Could be like Adam mused, the Kurds are awaiting a larger share of the oil revenues or a piece of the RV money. It's not over for Maliki, I believe the deal is now in full blown buy out mode. uncirculd
I feel it in the air tonight. Oh, it's over for him. This way the only way to get him and keep their life. Pacifiy him till it's time to go. There ain't nobody wants him, even the Dawa dumped him, but the few that stayed lost their butts in the elections. I guess the results will tell all. And the new parliament will NEVER allow him back. Hakim, Sadr, Allawi, and Najafi have aligned themselves against maliki's policies. Now, Barzani, he is a possible candidate for the Presidency. Now he wouldn't be a good candidate if he were partial. He must be neutral. That is most likely why we don't hear anything from him negative about maliki. JMHO......but it sounds so logical to me.
