No way he got $300 billion out of that country without us knowing where it is. Heck, we may have even set up the bank accounts for him. If this article is true, he will flee to Venezuela and never live another day of his life not worried that a bullet will find him, but it's a better deal than the certain death that would await him in Iraq.
