An informed source said that Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki committed constitutional breaches after the parliamentary elections, the source told the news agency that Al-Maliki Buratha committed an offence serious to take decisions without reference to the Cabinet for consultation,

The source highlighted a book issued by the Office of Al-Maliki showing his offences to the law and the Constitution, said that Al-Maliki adopted numerous resolutions for the unit was supposed to the Cabinet for decision.
