Thanks for this good article Yota (+1) ... Barzani is a seasoned and clever politician who is looking out for the interests of the Kurdish people. Article 140 has been agreed to so many times, yet not implemented by Maliki. The Presidency "must" go to the Kurds, so if he is involved in the Government - I believe we'll see Iraq move forward quickly and confidently.
