An informed source said that the number of international observers had discovered a significant fraud in the parliamentary elections, the source told the news agency that the fraud underground discovered funds were halal filling excess in some centres and added to the funds in the three provinces are the province of Baghdad, Najaf and Babil

The source confirmed that the UNHCR decided to recheck all funds for fraudulent paperwork as well as knowledge transfer staff enter information from Baghdad to the provinces and staff relocation allowances at random. This will reverse the equation and will yield new data on election results.

Ron, I believe what this will point to is election fraud by Maliki / Dawa Party/ State of Law.

He's going to be tried for Crimes Against Humanity for ordering the deaths of Suni's & Kurd's.

He really wanted to keep a political post to retain his immunity but he's finished and there will be no place to hide to escape justice.
