Selling 4 Million Dinar

I am starting a new business venture and have to pay for licenses and some permits. I need to sell 4 million dinar they are uncirculated and purchased from Dinar Trade. I am still invested in the Dinar but I have to cover my needs. Looking for $900 per million but willing to take fair offer.
