BAGHDAD - Iraq Press -9 April: decision ruled the House of Representatives approving the budget, Mohammed al-Khalidi pre-election, while noting that the government is not serious about amending paragraphs to use tool to pressure the Kurdistan Alliance.

Khalidi said in a press statement received / Iraq Press / copy of it, on Wednesday, that "the government is not serious about amending paragraphs contained Budgeting tool used to put pressure on the Kurdistan Alliance," unlikely "approval before the election."

He added, "The government has sent the general budget of late," as well as "containing the problems is not the prerogative of the House of Representatives adjusted." Q ended

It would be really nice if all of it could come together right after elections.  I don't see them doing anything before.  If they do, it would be nice, but it has already taken 8 years for an hcl law and it is still not in the gazzettes.  Heck, the tariffs are in the gazzettes and they still have not implemented all of them.  It's deliberate and it's greed and power driven.   Nothing new in this day and age, but a larger scale in Iraq since the fall of saddam, and the hostile takeover of maliki.  (he was not elected)
