Baghdad expects an imminent agreement on the export of oil of Kurdistan

He continued by saying that Iraq wants to build a pipeline between the two countries and further that he would discuss these issues with Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz on Wednesday.

The Kurdistan Region oil exported via the Kirkuk - Ceyhan, but it had stopped pumping in late 2012 to protest what he said that Baghdad does not pay the financial dues owed by foreign companies to extract oil.

They are playing games with this. Yota's other article though may be the truth. They are about to send even more oil to Turkey. That sounds more reasonable than not having an agreement by now. Slight of hand......

Thanks Yota...There's no tellin' on the matter this time around, they've been to this point soooo many times before...the UN's demand for this issue to be resolved by the 14th is quickly approaching  but who knows what ramification that'll encompass, if any...
