the UN wants them to work togethere...?

 

I'm telling ya', the US dropped the ball in Iraq

when it came to restructuring the government.

 

It was like giving a group of five-year-olds all the

ingredients to make a cake, and then leaving the

room.

UN urges consensus on the financial budget and welcomes the "Quartet"

Miladinov urged Iraq's leaders to "work together in a spirit of consensus to approve the budget as soon as possible."
