I see it has dropped for the other rates, is this comparing against the USD, or has USD just not moved?

The USD hasn't dropped.... I thought smaller was actually larger with these currency numbers. Don't those numbers indicate those currencies have gained value???

Good eye Yota. I was putting all my eggs in one basket. I was watching the US Dollar, and paying zero attention to other currencies. This means they have opened up to market. Thanks!
