The Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani has said in a television interview, Wednesday, that the Kurds had agreed to export oil through the Sumo. Shahristani said that Iraq welcomes export oil from Kurdistan, but must take the Iraqi oil marketing company "Sumo" sales management. You would think that they would both know what was happening at their meeting I don't think this is the same as viewing an accident and getting different accounts from eye witnesses....it's a meeting for heavens sake....they both have to participate and agree or disagree.
