Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister: the Kurds have agreed to export oil through the Foundation "Sumo"

687875.jpg Said Hussein al-Shahristani,  deputy prime minister of Iraq  for Energy, on Wednesday February 19 that the Kurds had agreed to export crude oil through the State Oil Marketing Organization "Sumo". The al-Shahristani said in an interview with Iraqi television that this step is important to move forward, and solving the problem of Iraq's oil exports. It is noteworthy that a severe crisis erupted between Baghdad and Erbil on the back to stop the Kurdistan region in April / April 2012 to pump oil until further notice because of disagreements with Baghdad on the financial dues to oil companies operating in it. The origin of the dispute between the governments in Baghdad and Erbil to oil contracts concluded by the region without the approval of the Iraqi central government and Baghdad, which was considered illegal, while the region confirmed that they are based on the Iraqi constitution and the bilateral agreements with the central government. Baghdad & Erbil have been in a constant state of severe crisis for as long as anyone can remember. I don't think they know any other way how to deal with each other.

If peace ever broke out between these "two", I think another crisis would develope on whether it was actually peace, or some such nonesense.

These people are just exhausting with the constant bickering and their eternal disagreeable nature.
