I see they are back to meetings to set meetings to appoint committees to set a meeting to discuss who will actually be on the committee.  So, maybe they can get a group together, let's say by 2017.     :shrug:  :bravo:

Here we go again with a committee to form a committee by a committee to over see the committee, to see if we need a committee. this is as bad as SOON.. just up the rate of the IQD to 50 cent and Ill get off at the next stop. PLEASE !

by calculating the revenues derived from the export of crude oil on the basis of the average price of 90 dollars per barrel and the rate of export of (3400000 ) barrels per day (three million, four hundred thousand barrels per day), including (400,000) barrels a day (four hundred thousand barrels per day) on the quantities of crude oil produced in the Kurdistan region and the intervention of all revenue actually in the Development Fund for Iraq (DFI), or any formation last replaced after discount (5%) for war reparations Kuwait or any other rate determined by the Security Council and paid to the United Nations.

Secondly deficit a total planned deficit for the federal public budget for the financial year / 2014 (30771034830) thousand dinars (thirty thousand and seven hundred and one and seventy billion dollars and thirty-four million and Tmnmaip thirty thousand dinars) and covered the deficit of cash retained in the Development Fund for Iraq, DFI, and internal and external borrowing and the rate of savings is expected to increase selling prices or increased oil production by authorizing the Federal Minister of Finance the power to continue to borrow from the International Monetary Fund which complements the sum of (4.5) billion dollars (four billion and five hundred million dollars) and the World Bank, complementing the $ 2 billion dollars (two billion dollars) during the year / 2014 and using special drawing rights up to SDR (1.8) billion dollars (one billion, eight hundred million dollars) to cover the projected deficit in the budget federal public in addition to domestic borrowing by the remittances and treasury bonds c authorize the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Iraq to borrow an amount (500000000) dollars (five hundred million dollars) from the Islamic Development Bank and that the allocated amount (225 million) dollars (two hundred and twenty-five million dollars) to Ministry of Construction and Housing for the purpose of financing the works to prepare Highway No. 1 / and that the remaining amount is used for projects other ministries in agreement with the Islamic Development Bank.

Hello Family.....we've been to church and got some shopping done today, so I haven't had a chance to work on news today...but this article caught my eye, being that it is an "update" of amendments to the 2014 budget....there are a bunch of numbers that have been crunched in this article.....concerning a number of ministries and departments....but what I found of interest was at the bottom of the article.....where they seem to confirm a $4.5 billion dollar loan from the IMF and a $2 billion loan from the World Bank and use of $1.8 billion SDR's to help cover the budget deficit.....and another part that I find really interesting is a $500 million dollar loan by the Minister of Finance and the CBI from the Islamic Development Bank, and another loan from the Islamic Development Bank for $225 million dollars for the Ministry of Construction for financing of work on Highway #1.....I believe this Islamic Development Bank is the one that gave the CBI a letter of credit worthiness (AAA rating) a few days ago that we have seen on the Arabic side of the CBI....their home office is in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

These amendments do not change the 400,000 barrels of oil per day that are expected to be produced by the Kurds....so it sounds like this effort is still being worked.
