The latest daily currency auction was held in the Central Bank of Iraq on Tuesday, the 14th-Jan-2014 results were as follows:

If I remember correctly they can auction and then turn around and RV right after... So the auction really doesn't mean the wont RV same day.... If I am wrong please correct me....

You are correct.  The auctions tell us nothing really except the dinar is still at 1166

Tuesday Jan 14th, third day CBI.IQ showing blanks for all currencies.  Meanwhile, auctions continue at 1166.  What is one to make of this?
