yota691
This Senator's Jaw-Dropping Photo Proves That You're Losing Your Country to Unelected Bureaucrats Mike Miller | On 13, Jan 2014 Republican Senator Mike Lee of Utah believes the United States has become a nation of regulations. And he has a picture to prove it. “Behold my display of the 2013 Federal Register,” Lee wrote on Facebook. “It contains over 80,000 pages of new rules, regulations, and notices all written and passed by unelected bureaucrats.” By the way, that small stack of papers on top of the cabinet? Those are the bills passed by elected members of Congress and signed into law by Barack Obama. More regulations, anyone? waterman13
Government has become a quagmire that has got the American people stuck in a place that we may not be able to get out of. The only way in my mind is another revolution. Toss all these "regulations" and "laws" into the recycle bin and get back to the Constitution. Don't think it will happen because most of the population are too reliant on the government, and don't have a clue to what is happening. AoK
“It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood.” James Madison 4th POTUS 1751-1836 "If you have ten thousand regulations you destroy all respect for the law" Winston Churchill 1874-1965 "The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws." -- Tacitus, Roman senator and historian (AD c.56-c.115) "The more prohibitions there are, the poorer the people will be.
