That last sentence tells us everything we need to know about where Iraq is at this time.

Maliki is a cunning fox and he knows full well that the news of late has a very negative

effect on world perception. So for that last statement to carry any weight there is only

one thing left to do. That's not wishful thinking, it's reality. The very fact that the P.M.

of Iraq would say his country is becoming one of the leaders in the Arab world suggests

where the dinar is heading.
