She said the semi-autonomous region government said in a statement on its Web site that exports will rise to 4 million barrels in February, and to 6 million barrels in March, and will ultimately lead to 10-12 million barrels in December. There is disagreement between Iraqi Kurdistan and the central government in Baghdad over the distribution of oil revenues. And raised the signing of contracts Arbil package with Turkey regarding exports of oil and gas, and also building new pipelines; anger Baghdad, which says it is her sole authority in the management of Iraq's oil.
