IMO this whole thing is still in Iraq's hands and they can drop the juicebomb OR LOP with new currency at their whim, there's no pressure.

 

If people have been cashing in, they've been doing it for WEEKS already.

We would know who they were, right?

Weeks on end means LOADS OF PEOPLE.

There's gotta be evidence SOMEWHERE.
