central banks dont announce revaluations. so deleting three zeroes cant be a revaluation. also central banks dont do a 1000 headfakes, like a basketball player.

the cbi is absolute in what they want to do. the finance committee and goi are the ones putting on the brakes. the cbi has not wavered on their intentions in the slighest
