I tried to pull up art 8 on the un website and it was longer than this post.  

I can't tell if Iraq is in or out.  Just figured if they were in for real we would be seeing more on it.

I am fairly computer illiterate so someone else may be able to find that out easier.  It takes me 5 days to send an e-mail.  I could just use regular mail and be more efficient!  

Hope it is true though...or soon to be.
