The GOI is a cesspool of crap. The boys in Baghdad have no concern for their economy and the best interest of their people. The continual conflict between the two major religious factions is proof. The GOI's association with Iran should also be questioned.

The US should end all foreign aid to Iraq.

It could also be a DOS - denial of service attack. My server went down at a large hosting company because some robot tried to contact it/login a gazilkion times and it blocks functionality.

I would LOVE love love it to be due to restarting with a new algorithm. May Tony ONE day be right! It would not only make my day, but change my life.

Tony and his DC handler ( Mr. DC ) were called late last night and the CBI asked Tony what to do. He was just too busy with all the 3 letter agencies to take the call, so the CBI shut down until Tony gives the thumbs up, but only if the rate goes over $40.
