Send an email to VIP@dinarvets.com from the email account for bsndhn. You will receive a response the same day so be sure to whitelist @dinarvets.com

I sent the email with my ********@graceba.net again after adding VIP@dinarvers.com to my safe list with no response..
Is there something else we can do?

You have spelled dinarvets.com incorrectly in your post. Your message will not be received if it is not VIP@dinarvets.com  Also your whitelist will not assure you receive the messages if the name is incorrectly spelled there. 

 

One more thing, your email appears to be through a local ISP  (I have blocked it out for privacy) - they will have a spam filter which may not be allowing you to receive your messages. It is recommended that you get a gmail account through google as they appear to be the most reliable.
