With all the gurus saying that we'll see the RV released today after the special meeting of Parliament at the CBI with Maliki, this Auction would tend to disprove those rumors.  As I've said all along, we need to see the conditions of Erbil met for the stability they want prior to the event. JMHO... :confused2:

I didn't know the gurus said again today we are having an rv.   Hmm, imagine that almost 7pm Texas time and still no rv.  No HCL, no Fed Council, (major part of erbil) and still ONE BIG LOSER DICTATOR.   I imagine we will have an rv everyday for the rest of the year.   I figure the one day they don't call it is when it happens. Wouldn't that be funny.  But that won't happen, they never take a day off.  It's everyday an rv in guruland.
