k98nights
Maliki calls for 3rd World War against terrorism Thursday, 31 October 2013 23:17 | | | Baghdad (AIN) –The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, pleaded on Thursday for a major international effort to combat Al-Qaeda and terror networks, likening the fight to a third World War. Visiting Washington for a series of meetings hoping to drum up more support for Iraq, Maliki said that “With the US help, his country had defeated Al-Qaeda.” He added “But now with the vacuum created by the toppling of long-standing regimes during the Arab Spring, the terrorists found a second chance." "We want an international war against terrorism," Maliki said in a speech to the United States Institute of Peace, calling Al-Qaeda and its ilk "a virus" which was trying to spread "a dirty wind" around the region. "If we have had two World Wars, we want a third world war against those who are killing people, killing populations, who are calling for bloodshed, for ignorance and do not want logic to govern our daily lives," he added. Maliki also called for the convening of an international conference on counterterrorism to be hosted in Iraq. He assured that all are targeted, whether the Sunni or Shiite Muslims or Kurds all are goals for terrorism. He blamed the unrest for setting back Iraq's struggles to emerge from the dictatorship of Saddam Hussein and the bloodshed of the US invasion to rebuild its institutions, schools and homes. /End/ http://www.alliraqnews.com/en/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=43659:maliki-calls-for-3rd-world-war-against-terrorism-&catid=40:2011-11-19-15-20-50
Djorgie
Coming from a guy who is a murderer, thief and a liar... Sounds like he and Obama have a lot in common. Can't wait to see what the media ends up feeding us about their "meeting" today.
dontlop
Good ole Maliki They let the killing go on till everyone is sick of it and then Maliki will build a huge military base for NATO to operate out of right smack in the middle of it all in Iraq Then Iraq becomes a NATO member like I thought this entire thing is about from the beginning Just google world map of NATO nations All NATO nations are colored blue Then look at Iraqis location It's the final piece of the puzzle to devide the 4 corners of the world This is no accident The NATO nations are a line deviding Europe , the Far East , and continent of Africa Its a plan coming together The land routes are bound by borders of NATO nations once Iraq becomes a member They would have to use ports to do business after that No more drug trade from Afghanistan to Africa via land routes No more arms smuggling via land routes This is why they hated isreal so much It blocks the Horn of Africa from the land route You can't drive tanks or trucks into Africa from china or Russia or Afghanistan unless you pass thru isreal This is why there's so much propaganda about isreal This is why isreal is such a strong Allie of the west Once Iraq becomes a NATO nation it releases the pressure off isreal And Iraq becomes the new road block Once this is established I believe the next project can go forward That is the liberation of Africa It's going to get a lot worse in that part of the world before it gets better It's to bad that's where most of the worlds energy comes from At least for now
dontlop
NATO map unfolds by year just watch the map http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Map_of_NATO_chronological.gif It's headed straight for the Persian gulf Turkey is at the bottom and Iraq is next and the road block is complete It will take another century to democratize the world But freedom does not surrender like some of the commies in America now days seem to think we should just quit and let those who are suppressed remain suppressed by dictators That's not what America is about People come from all over the world asking to free their country and they want to help in the effort America is made of of these people

Happy Man
I think its a disgrace to call for WW3 against terrorism. He has no respect to the countless of people who died in the first 2 wars. Will he sends his sons to die in this war.
k98nights
Maliki says that now cause he wants cash(aid) If he wants $ so much why doesn't he just RV and get r done? If he would pull the trigger on the RV he could BUY security for the whole country. A wealthy population doesn't blow up a good thing.
