Said MP Walid Abboud Mohammadi  said, "What we hear from Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's statements in Washington provoke surprise and puzzlement, especially regarding the application of the Constitution strictly, everyone knows that the Constitution ايطبق today in Iraq, but take it when corresponds with the interests and requirements of the government, and the selection with it hits the wall. "

Mohammadi called for the U.S. Congress to "listen to all parties in Iraq to reach the facts as they are and a clearer picture can not beat the view and one on each Iraqi society."

He stressed that the United States hear "from all parties in Iraq, and not unilaterally prepared by many Iraqis that opponent and referee at the same time."
