Do any dealers have a program where they swap 25,000 notes for smaller notes?

hey guys, was wondering if anyone knows of any dealers who have programs in place to swap out 25,000 notes for smaller notes? i like the 25,000 notes, fit nicely in my bank box, easy to count and i dont believe they will do away with single notes vs the whole currency so doesn't matter to me but a coworker is looking to swap his 25,000 and 10,000 notes for small stuff

I'm sure some of them would ..... but you'd have to pay the difference in the prices of the notes.

yeah i told him the same thing but not gonna waste my breath on him lol you know how some dinar people are deny reality or think what they want til the end. i was guessing probably dinartrade and sterling and those wouldn't but maybe a smaller seller obviously for a fee. was just wondering if anytone actually had a program set in place for this short of just calling around every dealer.
