The Commission on economy and investment representative to raise zeros from the dinar improved in value, expected completion in 2015.
The Committee Member said MP Hassan Salman Wahab told press on Sunday that "raising zeros on the dinar raises its value through a sobriety which enjoy more if you reduce the number of banknotes in circulation and remake frequently work both at the level of the country or abroad.

they have not begun it at all yet, there talking about they will exchange the current banknotes to new banknotes it will take 2 years to with drawl them out of circulation.

They'll start on january 1st of whatever year they choose to start the reform. They will release a new ISO code in advance.

Anyone who thinks that deleting the zeros is simply pulling the 3 zero notes from circulation is just plain ignorant.

i want to see a deletion of the three zeros articles saying that are current dinars will be exchanged for 1 new dinar by all these people claiming that taking the zeros off it going to make them alot of money.

I am wondering what time period will be best to get $1000 per Mill. if the process winds up being 2 years. I "think",yeah right,that the demand has no where to go but up,however the volotility could make patience a bad thing. My exit strategy never was life or death but I know folks with 3 foot stacks-no joke. They won't listen to me based on my little pile. The difference between taking $660 from the Ali type now,speculating on getting $1000 after fees later or beating "fibs" % 20 proposition over a 2 year period is alot of money to some. Being the extremist,I don't think they want to cash us out period,they hate us and would love to say come on over the weathers fine yank. Wells Fargo who?

The thing would be to get rid of it as soon as there is a mention of a new ISO code being approved. Worse case Iraq does not allow any outside the country exchange of old dinar. Then you really are stuck with toilet paper!  No banks or dealers can promise you anything!

Why worry for others? Do you worry the same for folks that eat greasy chicken,french fries.......etc because of health risks? Or for folks that pay way to much for cell phone usage? Or for the dangers that are professional racing or skydiving? Or worry for folks that pay a major potion of their savings to TV Evangelists? The list is endless and must keep one busy 24/7. Point is grown folks that partake into something/anything of free will should hold themselves responsible.............another words put on ones grown up pants. Investing/speculating is not for the faint of hearts and in my opinion doesn't need saviors, it needs people to be honest with themselves. jmo

Mahma Khalil Member of the Iraqi Parliament and official spokesperson of the Economic Committee says an agreement has been reached about the mechanisms of introducing the new banknotes after a series of meetings and discussions with the CBI Governor Dr. Sinan Al Shibibi.

He added the exchange rate between the new banknotes and the old ones would be 1:1,000
