i have my suspicions that mr. talabani was deceased quite some time ago.  we have not seen an appearance from him since his demise during his meeting with maliki.

I think Talabani was a really good guy.  He cared about his country, and was able to work with Maliki, which isn't easy.  Even Maliki, listened to him, as best you can Maliki to listen to anyone. 

 

On a lighter note....maybe he is still alive.   So far, I think he has died, and lived, at least nine times.  He might even be able to outlive a cat!

 

Anyway....god bless him, either way!
