A friend of mine bought into the Dinar threes ago.  He is now three months behind and is going to lose his home.  He is so convinced by the Gurus this going to happen any minute he will not turn a single amount of Dinar.  I have tried with all might to convince him to save his, but he will not have thought enter his mind.

 

I ask the GURUS to please stop pumping this man is losing everything.

 

We can chuck rocks at him, but he just believes all he ha read this is going to RV, like right now.

Tell him not to worry, 3 months is nothing. I know many people haven't made a mortgage payment in over a year. Nobody has done anything except threaten them with foreclosure, and seizure of all assets, change the locks, yata, yata  but the banks do nothing but threaten. Even States threaten seizure if you don't pay taxes, threatening letters, but no action. The banks don't want the property, tell him to keep chugging along, something will break. Is he a believer in Jesus Christ? Put his faith there, He will never leave you or forsake you. I know I am in same boat, lost everything because of the government, won't go into details, but I have nothing but God, and family, He does provide.

A friend of mine lived in his house without payments for well over a year......if houses are not moving in his area the mortgage holder apparently likes to have someone in the house to prevent vandalism and to protect the property...also beneficial to have someone in the house during winter if you live in a cold and snow area.

dinar buddy you really need to stop blaming everything on the iraqi dinar.  It sounds to me like your friend made poor financial decisions well before he bought the dinar.  So please quit your whining because it only makes u seem weak as well as your friend.  If he doesnt have enough sense to put his family first then his priorities are not in order.  Buy what u can afford and forget about it till it pops.

Ive had friends lose everything at casinos, gambling is a addiction. With all the hype from gurus that its already happened or any nano second Ive seen more than one story like this. We all are not all the same, some are more gullible than others. Try and understand how some end up in a mess, with gurus hearing from God that its done soon, some sites are loaded with these situations. May God be with these people and may gurus try and have a little common sense with their hype trying to pump dinar sales.

Dinar buddy you can't blame these guru dinar salesman for someone over-extending their budget. I feel bad for anyone having problems. I have bought a lot of dinar for myself and family. Are you in a position to help him stay the coarse? This is going to work out but not on our time. IMO we are very close to something happening positive. GOI is under tremendous pressure in and out of their country to move foward to be legitimate as a WTO member with a recognized, tradable currency on the Forex.

Dinar Buddy.... thats a tough one and sadly not the first time this has come up here in DV. Some of us knew DV members in the same place, and some of those members eventually  lost everything including their internet connection and disappeared from our community. It is so hard to watch a cyber buddy wrestle with these decisions, I can't imagine how hard it must be to go through it with a friend. 

Its such a fine frickin line for some. There are those who have lost so much, they have to cling onto something to keep enough hope going to keep on keeping on. Hopefully God through Christ is somewhere in the picture for him. And maybe the dinar he holds keeps him going... 

Does he have enough that if he were to sell it, he could bring his mortgage current? And does he have a plan to keep it current? Barring that, who knows. he might be making the best decision in holding on to something tangible, versus throwing it toward an inevitable loss.... I don't know, but other factors may be in play for him. 

Its a hard reality when it hits/sinks in  that we truly can't make decisions for the lives of others, even as we watch them sink... Best of everything to your buddy, and take care of yourself in the process of taking care of him.

He needs to see a lawyer they can slow things down and they can get the courts to help  set up a payment plan that He could pay and also

O bomer has a plan to help. We had the same problem and I started working two jobs and  some other things to raze our income and we got turned down because the government said we made to much money and had to much equity in our house. But it took weeks to run thur the system. Our lawer helped use to keep our house and pay off the pass amount.

+1 Once when visiting New York a fellow walked up to me on the street and offered me the deed to the Brooklyn Bridge, going on about how much money I'd make. Have to admit, I considered it for about 30 seconds until I saw the other hand in his pocket attached to a pair of handcuffs.

I thought you were harsh, then I re-read your post. You're right. People like this usually have failed at financial health for a long time. I liken it to the story of lottery winners who are dead broke in a year. If one cannot get their priorities in the correct order, they will likely keep failing. I've been talking myself here on this forum about a friend who is elderly and is in deep debt and cannot quit buying his big boy toys. Truthfully being his friend is sucking the life out of me. It's like I put myself in the position to save this person from himself. I think it's time to detach and quit being a whiner. Again, good post.

It's kinda hard to do because every search send you to the Gurus in some form or another but if persistent you can find solid sources. Wish I could tell you but I'd have to kill ya.

It's apparent that some like to be spoon-fed their info. It's like those viral emails full of downright lies, but people just take them as truth. I see at as brainwashing.

Fortunately, when we first invested in Dinar we did some Internet research and found Dinar Vets. Compared it to many of the others and this is one that has credibility. We still don't know nearly enough, but there is certainly enough here to teach and keeps us level headed.

While we feel that the potential is real there is always the possibility that we might have some attractive wallpaper.

And on one last note, that which Created the universe and all that is in it, which we call G.. DOES take care of those who have faith.

While it's commendable what you have attempted in the name of friendship. I believe if it wasn't this venture it would have been something else.

DB, if you really want to help your buddy out I would suggest trying to get him off of those "It's RVing today" sites!  

I am very partial to DV as we don't push the everyday RV issue.  

Adam has been the most grounded site owner through this crazy ride!!

DB. Ditto's on what Bumper64 has said about DV. In fact i listen to only two sites really, for the most part comparing what each has to say on a dinar matter and then comparing how their info stacks up to info on other sites. Lately, just checking out just the two sites DinarVets.com and Breitling Reports. Both fairly straight forward though I am sure others have their opinions.
