Well since they never used the old plan, they can call it the new plan if they ever decide to do anything. It is really kind of comical. These guys couldn't manage a Macdonalds and they are trying to run a country.

And they are SO nice. They, too, are waiting, as are we -- at which point they will

go back to their home town in Iraq.
