bigwave
I really never developed a taste for baklava. I can't see spending 1 dinar let alone 3.5M dinar!
BossManMike
Baklava is a treat that not too many people can deny. It takes many hours to make, but is well worth it. I'm an Arab, and I grew up eating Baklava, most of which my mother made with her sisters. I love to eat Baklava after a fine meal.
Dino the Greek
I could have had Mom make a batch and sell it to them for 2.5 million dinar ... and Mom's is the best I've ever had!
tankdude
When I was in Kirkuk - there was a sweet shop in the Market district by the Circle of Swords that had the best! You could get basically a shoe box sized box - just dripping with the honey sweet water for $5.00. We'd stop there on patrol at least once a week. *lol*

82Corp.
I used to buy it form a little market while on patrol, we would take it back to the FOB and enjoy it. Hazelnut and honey rush, so very good with a cup of joe in AM.
