This sounds like excellent news!! Thanks for bringing it!! Looking forward to more articles (info) concerning this!!! If 140 has been implemented... We should see it in the gazette in short order!!! Once that happens... We can certainly start looking for some changes to follow quickly!! I do hope that the "instruments" this article is speaking of is the lower notes. Might be the reason they are starting the process in one area...just to see how the process goes before beginning the process across the remainder of Iraq!! God Bless!!! Come on "SUDDENLY"!!!

I'm pretty sure they couldn't hit all of the participating banks all over Iraq at the same time, and I'm equally sure they aren't storing the lower denoms at the banks either....... Keep your fingers crossed they are finally making some movement here towards a favored outcome!!!!
