We would like to inform that the above invitation was awarded to (BPC)Company with amount of (14,311,342/-)USD if there is any objection it can be submitted within the statutory period of 7days by 12/8/2013.

Almost sounds like they've awarded a contract to a company that supports the equipment for the

use of cards at retail establishments.

 

You know, like swipe your debit cards or your credit cards sort of thing whilst shopping....

Indeed ! 

 

If they want to instill confidence in the Iraqi people to begin using the banks again,

this is an integral part of the plan to accomplish just that.
