Since when have they not put an article that contradicts what you are reading into this article? There's a good chance that tomorrow you will see an article that says something that is just the opposite.

This is another article of many recently that says removing the zeros will not affect the value of the dinar which I see as increasing the value before the removal. And everyone seems to skim over the fact that these articles all say that the only time the rv should occur is at the start of a new year. 2014 anyone?
