A friend of mine told me that his contact had called him and told him that the Iraqi dinar has already rved in Iraq but at only .33 cents....it is supposed to rv in the usa tonight or tomorrow...can anyone confirm that? That certainly would be a really low rate...I really hope this is a reinstatement rate and not a revalue rate.
