The way I read this it just says that the laws have been drafted or written and still have to be voted on. We all know how long this could take.

This is good news the committees have done their foot work and now they are ready to be read and voted on.  Tbombs article if I am reading it correctly they want to vote on these broken laws during the Ramadan, especially those directly of concern to the people.  Mayahi not only is pushing to be voted on but to activate them now.  A smart move if your a politician and elections are drawing near.  Pretty good motivator to get this done.
