The President of the House of Representatives Osama Najafi, on Monday, raising the sixth meeting of the legislative term of the first legislative year fourth to next Tuesday because of disagreements between Iraq and a coalition of state law on the vote on the law of the Federal Court, while attracted the meeting and vote on the draft law on the sale and lease of state funds .

A source in the Information Service of the Parliament in an interview to (range Press), "The House Speaker Osama Najafi decided to raise the sixth session of the first legislative term of the legislative year fourth, which was held today, to next Tuesday (July 16, 2013)," attributing the cause to "The occurrence of disagreements between the State of Law coalition and the Iraqi List, on the vote on the law of the Federal Court, before it can be to postpone the vote Aliy law."

The source, who requested anonymity, that "the meeting saw the vote on the draft law on the sale and lease of state funds and vote on the bill disengagement House Mesopotamia for printing of the Central Bank of Iraq and attached to the Ministry of Education, and the postponement of the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the cooperation agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Iraq and Saudi Arabia in the transfer of sentenced to penalties of deprivation of liberty. "

The source continued that "the Council for also the first reading of the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety," pointing out that "the Council for also the first reading of the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate impact and the Protocols thereto, which entered into force on the second of December 1983. "

The source continued that "the Council for Ooagel the first reading of a bill exempting Iraqi and foreign companies implementing investment projects from taxes and fees," noting that "the Council for also the second reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of Japan."

The source continued that "the Council for also the second reading of the draft law amending the Penal Code No. (111) for the year 1969, and the second reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on economic cooperation and trade development between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government Alchekea and the second reading of the proposed law the Federation Council, and the second reading of the draft law reform guests and depositors. "

The Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Monday, its sixth of the first legislative term of the legislative year fourth headed by Osama Najafi and the presence of 221 deputies, noting that the meeting will vote on three bills, notably the law of the Federal Court and the first reading and the second of nine draft laws.

So they're actually going to meet during Ramadan?  They always confuse me with this "next" stuff.  From past articles, next sometime meant what we would call "this", but this article clearly states the date being next Tuesday which is during Ramadan...hmmmmm.

Thanks for the Article YOTA (+) ... Leave it to the SoL Block to cause strife and conflict, so that any positive movement to finalize all that needs to be done for their country is further delayed. These MPs need to be removed & replaced by others who want the best interests of their country furthered...! NOW, a further delay of 8 days because of their actions - a later Parliament session on the 16th. - Venting my Frustration  :twocents:
