How much oil revenue is actually coming in for Iraq? Between one Billion and Six Billion dollars per month is being deposited into the Iraq account and has been since late 2004. You do the math.

Where are those dollars? In a New York Bank account set up by the United States Treasury and owned by the Iraq Government

It says that this is an old article and we know that their production is up from then ... but even if we estimate low using the lowest number provided $1B per month times 6 years (part of 2004 and part of 2010) times 12 months = (+/-) $72B

So can we end all the discussion about why they CAN'T RI as opposed to RV ... how it will ruin their economy and cause "world class" inflation? (Which is not to say that they have to RI ... just that they indeed can)
