Error for +'es

I have been getting an error page the past several times I've tried to plus (+) somebody... I haven't used my quota for the day so why won't it let me do it anymore?

This has been happening to me for a long time now.  I just assumed it was so a person couldn't be negged to within an inch of their lives......I don't understand a limit on plusses though.

Lol thanks for the pluses, it says not enough memory... maybe if I delete cookies or something?

I just cleared the cookies on my phone, apparently this worked I just +'ed yall!! Now I have to log back into everything I usually stay logged into *UGH... hope I can remember all the passwords!
