They threw money at them and then taxed them higher, the people were none the wiser. The citizens were happy because they were getting more money and the taxes went to public programs that made the wealthy richer. I can see the same thing happening here. So let the violence pick up a little and then make them all rich followed by big taxes. US has been doing it to us for years and we still seem to be none the wiser. lol
