Asked the Finance Committee parliamentary Iraqi government and the Department of the Central Bank of the need to implement the project to delete the zeros and the replacement of the current currency described by Balkadima and removable fraud. 
said committee member Abdul Hussein al-Yasiri that Iraq needs a new currency, clean and non-for forging the fact that ancient coins consumed after circulating for a long time became during Easy forgery and counterfeiting, and added Yasiri project to delete the zeros delayed for various reasons, one of the most important projects that support monetary policy in Iraq, to that reported the Finance Committee that the process of switching the national currency when you delete the three zeroes does not need to enact the law by the House of Representatives, but with instructions issued by the Central Bank , and said that the central bank law allows him authority to the currency exchange and restructuring.

Im starting to think that my interpreter is right.  We're going to be waiting a while for this to RV.  I hope its by July.  Who knows.
