BAGHDAD / JD / .. company announced global smart card for activation of roaming service in conjunction with global mustard Card company for use outside of Iraq, starting this service confirmed the end of the seventh month of the current year.

The Managing Director of the company smart card Bahaa Abdel Hadi told / JD / company will activate the roaming service for the smart card in conjunction with mustard Card International for use outside Iraq, the end of the seventh month of the current year, explaining: Through this service will be able to card holders the (Key Card) Shopping outside and inside Iraq.

Abdul Hadi noted that the smart card will be charged logo (Key Card) and mustard Card, noting that there are ten banks have entered the civil within ironing Card system, including Bank of the economy and the Gulf Bank and United Bank in addition to the Rafidain and Rasheed banks and their branches.

He added: will also be launching Mobile Bank service and Internet service during the current year, which will enable the citizens of shopping or banking dealings via the Internet.

He revealed Abdul Hadi about having talks with the Kurdistan region to connect retired in Kurdistan with the system Ironing Card, pointing to the existence of banks in the region use this service, and therefore can retired or any citizen if he went to Kurdistan to withdraw his salary or any other funds.

At the "Greyhound" dog races there is a mechanical rabbit that is made to run just in front of the hounds.  The hounds never catch the rabbit.  It's just there to get the hound/dogs to run. 

Rabbits:  HCL, GOI, Chapter VII, Smart Cards, and ... and ... and...  The "chasing of the rabbits"seems to be just far enough ahead that it seems we will never catch them.  Articles from the CBI gives us indications of the next rabbit to chase.  And we oblige until it finally RVs. 

Enjoy the run.  It might be 10 more years or it might be over tomorrow.  Preferably it will be tomorrow.

The Director said the smart card company Commissioner Bahaa Abdel Hadi told/JD/company will activate roaming for smart card in conjunction with a mastrd card for use outside Iraq at the end of the seventh month of the year, said: through this service will enable the card holders (card) of shopping outside and inside Iraq.

Abdul Hadi noted that the smart card will carry the logo (card) and mastrd card, noting that there are ten private banks have entered into the ironing system card including Gulf Bank economy Bank and United Bank and Rafidain and Rasheed banks and branches.

He added: it will be launching Mobile bank service and Internet service during the current year, which will enable citizens of shopping or banking via the Internet.

Abdul Hadi revealed that talks with Kurdistan to connect retirees in Kurdistan with the ironing system, pointing out that the territory's banks used this service and, therefore, can retiree or any citizen if he went to Kurdistan to draw his salary or any other funds.

Oh it would work, It's not any different from me going to Mexico it's charged in Peso's then converted on my statement to dollar. It actually makes it easier for them they don't have to tot around millions of dinar......... Also this seems like a good test run for all of us getting smart cards in the future, how great will that be get a speeding ticket they pull the fee from your smart card. doctor bill don't want to pay right now to bad they will pull it from your card total Government control. Got to love it.

Soooooooo . . . regardless of this May 2013 deadline  ["supposed" end of Executive Order 13303 issued on May 22, 2003- protection of the DFI], what in the Sam Hill is really going on?

 

Are we to believe from this article that the end of July we will see an RV ? With all the articles that seem to contradict . . . S.Cards being issued I thought now or earlier, gone past a deadline to load these cards. I've probably missed something along the way.

 

It's like living inside a Tornado with these people. Sh*t keeps just whizzing by - camels, camel spiders, car bomb victims, goats, talking heads saying one thing, more talking heads saying the opposite, dead politicians, crooked politicians, thugs, mugs, thieves, nit wits, half wits, spys spying on their own spys while those spys spy on other spys - I'm getting dizzy from the Spin Doctors.
