Lets see - Maliki has stolen billions of USD, tons of gold, killed anyone who is against him, killed protestors, the list goes on and on. He is finally realizing that no one wants him, the early voter turn out is what's making him sick. I don't know if the votes are from his own ministers or the public but he really ought to die and move to London.(Yes, they can do that) When he's gone things will be much better.

Can someone help me understand this?  Maliki has been taken to the doctor.  But what does it have to do with voting?  I got lost...

He wants to make sure the army votes for him if they don't they will be hell to pay.  He threatened them.  In other words he wants them to know he is not sick and he will be around.  Dang, I am hoping he has a traitor on his medical team and he stays, permanently.
