Baghdad/JD/...Oil and Energy Commission revealed that oil and gas law stopped so far there is no clue about any intention to move it.

The Committee Member said, Uday Awad told reporter/JD/oil Ministry not cooperating during this session with the House of representatives, which led to a lack of impact on the petroleum industry. Stressing that even the oil and gas law as the most important aspect in that industry has been deprecated and put obstacles in front of him from time to time not precede hatil.

He cautioned that the law now is shut down and there is an intention to move it.

Oil expert was Hamza al-jawahiri, cautioned against passing the draft oil and gas law (2007) in the House of representatives for a vote as it contains the time for blast mines, as he put it, noting that the draft proposal of law submitted by the Government and the House of representatives are best suited to provide one to the Council vote that the two match the views of parliamentary blocs and the proportion (90%).

The jeweller said in press statements that the draft oil and gas law provided by the Federal Government in February in (2007) where paragraphs full of mines and the past five years, according to oil problems between the Governments of the region and revealed many things and it turned out that the paragraphs in that draft was inadequate and its blurry, it passed at present for a vote.

The draft law submitted by the Federal Government in (2011) and the proposal of the law prepared by the Parliamentary Committee on oil and energy are best suited to provide one to the House of representatives for a vote, because the exact match of the views and proposals of all the blocks and the Federal Government and oil-producing provinces and the territory in proportion (85%-90%), and ratio (5%-6%) The sticking point is centered between the Governments of the region./finished/23/

What can anyone believe from these people with a constant barrage of daily conflicting articles ? We see the major political figures and their politics. Ok, we get that.

 

Have they [ some big knobs-Maliki & his mob? ] been planning for god knows how long to plunge the country into a Black Hole under the pretext that they wanted to get things done and join the rest of the world as an economic force ?

 

The Kurds will try to fight it out and break away. That's going to be messy

 

We've seen this kind of stuff before: deadlock, hopeless then resolution. However, this O&G Law is a whole different bag. There's a bunch knotheads that have been blocking this for ages. Always got people that will be part of the problem. . . stirring the pot and getting people pi$$ed off. It's called deflection away from whats' really important

 

I hope this article is some smoke & mirrors to gin up anger and others in Iraq won't bite and stay on track. Fingers crossd
