We have all seen an increase of the value ...ever so slight...over the years with no release of chapter seven. What are the chances if an increase to almost a penny, yet no lifting of chapter seven? Can they go to say, a penny and never lift Chapter 7 and go international? If they do where would we stand?

Recently the tiny island country of "Cyprus" had its bank accounts levied (seized)

And it is well known that Cyprus was used as a "off shore" haven for assets -

 

It seems that "Belize" could also be a Target for such seizures / thefts from IMF bankers -

 

The Cayman Islands have the same reputation for supposed safe havens, except

they too have released account name holders of Americans -

 

What protects the Belize accounts from the same issues that Cyprus has incurred ?

and what protection is there from having American Names released of Belize accounts ?

What is happening with the Erbil agreement?  Doesn't this seem to be part of the hold up?  Also, Malaki seems to drag his feet when it comes to attending the important meetings.

The Kurds seem to be exporting oil. I don't believe we have seen the budget posted in the gazette yet either.  Here we are in April and I fear we will be analyzing

Adam, I’m still trying to understand the mechanics of an IQD RV as you have explained it. For example, in a recent DV forum post a member copied and pasted parts of a 2003 Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) mandate that said in part: The CBI shall be responsible for the exchange of Iraqi dinar banknotes currently circulating in Iraq……… During the conversion period, 1990 dinar banknotes, Swiss dinar banknotes and coins, and New Iraqi dinar banknotes shall all be legal tender banknotes in Iraq and each type of Iraqi dinar may be used as such in proportion to its Official Conversion Rate.

The New Iraqi dinar banknotes mentioned here are the high denomination ones currently in circulation, so my question is why you now think that this time around the CBI will RV just these existing high denomination IQD banknotes before introducing new lower denomination IQD banknotes and allowing all 3 currencies (2 IQD’s and the USD) to coexist during a specified conversion period ~ just like they did the last time?

In that event what would you consider the alternate use of our Dinars to be? Perhaps the RV is waiting for, or is planned to aid in, the collapse. He was a member of the Parliamentary Committee on integrity of Jawad alshahili, accused the Presidency of the current Central Bank stole 10 tons of gold reserves.

He stated: the target of Sinan Al-Shabibi is targeting me and not targeted against corruption and waste of public money as they claimed, according to the decisions of the Court to the Central Bank and most of the House claimed by what amount to public money, but Parliament did not answer because of lack of evidence.
