Baghdad/ NINA /-- Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki received in his bureau, Iranian Oil Minister Rostam Ghasemi today.

A statement by Prime Minister's office said : "The two sides discussed the latest political development in the region in addition to the bilateral relations in the fields of energy, oil as well as providing Iraqi power stations with Iranian gas / End

I imagine that Iran's oil minister is telling maliki how to write his oil law or how to amend the one they have that suits auk ma nut.  And he just might be moving the borders to give Iran the oil not share it.  Then he and auk ma nut can run Iran and attack Iraq.  Yeah, I know it's bologna, but I don't put anything past them two along with Irans supreme  ko homoko ma ne ak.
