Oh heck, look out.  The PM will now be able to steal bunches of more money.  so what about a fully seated GOI?  Still waiting.  I think it's around the corner though.   At least I hope.  Not sure if this passing of NCSP forces some sort of power sharing now, or they just assume their powers just as maliki did.  

 

Wow, seriously, what is left here?  HCL?  Can't tell if they have one, no concrete evidence of it that I have seen.  The GOI is key to this long journey.  That would bring the ministers that maliki refuses to name.   Ministers would be the security.
