Parliamentary: efforts must be intensified to the enactment of the oil and gas after the ratification of the general budget

Baghdad (news) .. Promised a member of the Finance Committee MP / coalition of Kurdish blocs / Najiba Najib, oil and gas law of laws which are still important economic Off in the House of Representatives, calling for efforts to legislation after approving the budget. 

Najib said (of the Agency news): must intensify the work of the House of Representatives and the federal government to reach an agreement about passing a draft law of oil and gas form the powers granted to local authorities in the provinces and the region in how to manage its oil fields. 

She added: can not be confined to the hands of the federal government powers only because of the current political system is decentralized multi authorities, stressing the importance of the enactment of the oil because it can not be that the state is working without the existence of this law.

I agree with this, but don't they think they should be taking one thing at a time???  GET THE DAMN BUDGET PASSED FIRST!!!
