yota691
News of the death of President Jalal Talabani and Allawi, head of the Republic of succeeding Talabani, Barzani's blessing Palm - Tell a source close to the Iyad Allawi that Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, passed away last Saturday evening and this was confirmed by the medical committee Addressing and the Kurdistan Alliance's reservation to announce the news. On the other hand denounced the Kurdistan Alliance Sunday touched on the political blocs and parties to put up an alternative media for President Jalal Talabani, noting that the latter is still alive. A member of the Alliance Mahma Khalil that President Talabani is still alive and recovering, and put any replacement action is premature and illegal not die of reality onion stressing that what trading launch of replacements from the Iraqi List, or the Kurdistan Alliance is illogical and that President Talabani alone have the will to appoint replacements or his successor under the legitimacy enjoyed by. The media quoted sources in the Iraqi List news leader, Iyad Allawi's desire to take things the country due to the late President Jalal Talabani's health and who is lying in a German hospital after health scare recently suffered. This In an attempt to curtail the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan suggested Massoud Barzani, president of Kurdistan to the Americans to take over President Iyad Allawi of the Iraqi List presidency proxy instead of President Jalal Talabani, who is receiving treatment at a hospital in Berlin in preparation for installation at the presidency and this work will be Barzani hit two birds with a stone First knocked on the way the proposed alternative for Talabani one leaders in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and there was almost an agreement to take over Hero Khan this position to succeed her husband and that's where Barzani did not favor this Agreement Farad thus dislodge Hero Khan for taking this bag and secondly curtail the role of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in the center and the federal government. Have not been claimed Barzani any bag compensatory satisfied that the Kurds have in the federal government positions and gains many not okay to give the presidency to Iyad Allawi, stressing that he would be the first supporters and blessed to Allawi in this position!!!. This text quoting media sources Iraqi political source said early that Erbil second-round talks undeclared between leaders and between the U.S. consulate where trying to reach an agreement focuses whereby leader of a coalition of Iraq, Iyad Allawi, head of the Republic (Agency) instead of the current president, Jalal Talabani. The political source said that the Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani seeks to make the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, led by Talabani party secondary in the region, stressing that Allawi received signals from the U.S. side on this topic in the meeting, which gathered Bbarzana in Arbil a few days ago and was attended by a senior delegation from the U.S. consulate in the provincial capital . He explained that the inauguration of Allawi, head of the Republic would ease the lot of the outstanding problems between the various political parties, especially as the coalition in Iraq has great ambition to take over the leader position, which will create a state of balance in the management of state between the three main components in Iraq as Allawi the leader of the coalition, which represents Iraq's Sunni component. The source noted that Barzani realizes that for the Kurds gains many in the state, so no harm from granting the presidency to Allawi to modify the warp in the political process, pointing out that this agreement if it could ensure the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for a third term after all parties have agrees to map the distribution of new positions. This reference to the members and cadres of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan that the strategic agreement between the two parties Alicta and KDP Seoul to الانفراط because it was basically a strategic agreement between the families of Talabani and Barzani to distribute the money and the roles and they have to be careful of the KDP he will try eaten and Thadjimanm. Is this said of the Iraqi observers not rather my Kak Massoud holds Hero Khan افنت the mountains of old Kurdistan Peshmerga escort and documenting the legendary epics Strtha Kurdish factions Ansar mountain peaks الشماء Kurdistan successor and substitute for her husband Talabani or what?? And modify the warp in the political process is not only to give up the presidency to Allawi and his list?? .. We hope to find a response that convinces us by the president of the region where the Iraqi List, and its NOT BELIEVE mainly federalism not to mention the constitutional article 140. 17/02/2013

moneysoon
My prayers for His family and the Country. I also pray that if this is another lie, that the originator be camel drawn, flogged, and quartered. This, dead not dead, is getting ridiculous. TrinityeXchange
regardless if it's factual or mendacious information, one thing is critical and that is that an operating president be installed. this position has gone on too long now without someone actively at the helm. i believe it has slowed down some of the political process. get somebody in there who is virile, healthy, mentally strong and capable to help progress this country forward. even if a provisional installment of a president, iraq needs it. for too long they allow personalities to direct the flow (whether open or constricted) of their country. they need to abandon that approach and allow the positions in government to direct the flow. this way, the country is not dependent on individuals but on policy. uncirculd
Confusion could be part of the plan, but this is horrible for the family. He's a jolly guy. Always smiling. A great loss to the country and politics in general. Known and love all over the world. If Allawi is president might it be permanent? If so, maliki could be taken out by Allawi, and/or can force the Erbil on him. So much can happen. I just hate it when they keep playing on the emotions of the folks by messing around with this notion of he's dead and not dead. For some reason Talabani would NOT remove maliki. I think he would be scared for his life if he did. Iran would send their goons to assassinate him. There have been at least 3 attempts that we have read already. supergirl
For some reason Talabani would NOT remove maliki. [/size] Yes, I've often wondered why that was the case. Some have suggested that T may not always have been a very good boy either.... Who knows maybe one day we'll find out some of the behind the scenes truth.
