Baghdad (AIN) -The parliamentary Integrity Committee decided to summon the Acting Minister of Defense, Sadoon al-Dulaimi to discuss the armament deal between Iraq and Ukraine, calling at the same time to re-launch the investigation of Central bank of Iraq as the new administration of the Bank is not different from the previous management.

A statement by the office of the Committee's head, Baha al-Araji cited "The parliamentary Integrity Committee held meeting headed by Araji where he stressed that the new management of the CBI did not bring about anything new, therefore the investigations on the Bank's issue should be re-opened."

I think they are doing this so they can get the goods on Maliki. Wasn't it Maliki that got rid of Shabbibi with warrants, and wasn't it Maliki that was doing the arms deal with Russia. To me it seems as though they are trying to put 2 and 2 together. Looks like Maliki did a good job pulling the wool over their eyes so to speak.
